By engaging LK Travel Collective ("we," "us," or "our") for travel planning services (whether by submitting an inquiry form, entering into a planning agreement, or making any payment) you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
LK Travel Collective is an independent travel planning and consulting company. We are not a licensed airline, hotel, tour operator, or transportation provider. We act as a planning intermediary. We research, design, and coordinate itineraries on your behalf and, depending on your chosen service package, we may make bookings with third-party vendors on your behalf.
Our services fall into three tiers (Blueprint, Essentials, and Signature), each with distinct scope as described on our Services page. The scope of service applicable to your engagement is confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Our planning fees are charged for the time and expertise involved in designing your itinerary. These fees are separate from and in addition to the cost of hotels, flights, tours, transfers, and any other travel components. Planning fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as described in the Cancellation & Refunds section below.
When we arrange bookings on your behalf, we do so as your agent. The resulting contracts for flights, accommodation, tours, transfers, and other services are between you and the relevant third-party supplier. We are not a party to those contracts and bear no liability for the performance, cancellation, or failure of any third-party service.
All third-party bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the individual suppliers. We will provide you with relevant supplier terms at the time of booking.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including traveler names, passport details, dietary requirements, health considerations, and any other information relevant to your trip. We accept no liability for errors or additional costs arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal liability. We do not sell travel insurance. The decision to purchase or decline insurance rests solely with you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LK Travel Collective's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the planning fee paid by you for the relevant engagement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, or costs of alternative arrangements.
We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemic, government travel restrictions, airline insolvency, or force majeure events of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We share your personal information only as necessary to deliver your trip — for example, providing your name and passport details to hotels, airlines, or tour operators when making bookings on your behalf. All such sharing is limited to what the vendor requires to fulfill your booking.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to deliver your services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at info@lktravelcollectivellc.com. We will comply within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, including secure email practices and encrypted file storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting core site functionality.
Planning fees cover the time invested in researching and designing your itinerary. Once work has commenced on your plan — typically within 48 hours of payment — planning fees are non-refundable.
If you cancel before any work has begun, we will refund your planning fee in full.
Cancellations of hotels, tours, flights, and other third-party components are subject entirely to each supplier's own cancellation policy. These policies vary widely and will be communicated to you clearly before any booking is confirmed.
We will facilitate cancellation requests on your behalf at no additional charge. Any refunds due from suppliers will be passed on to you in full, less any supplier-imposed cancellation fees.
For Signature package clients, if significant re-planning is required due to cancellation or major itinerary changes after the itinerary has been finalized, a re-planning fee may apply. We will advise you of any such fee before proceeding.
In the event that a trip cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond anyone's control (including natural disaster, pandemic, war, or government travel prohibition) we will work with you and all relevant suppliers to seek maximum recovery of any monies paid. Our planning fee will not be refunded in such circumstances, as the work has been completed, but we commit to providing our full assistance at no additional charge.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@lktravelcollectivellc.com. The date of receipt of your written request is the date used to determine any applicable refund amounts.
LK Travel Collective operates as an independent travel planning and consulting company. Depending on the nature of your engagement, we may act as your agent in arranging bookings with licensed travel suppliers. We are not ourselves a licensed airline, cruise line, hotel, or tour operator.
Destination guides, itinerary suggestions, and travel information provided by LK Travel Collective are prepared in good faith based on our personal experience and research. Travel conditions change — visa requirements, entry regulations, safety advisories, operating hours, and pricing are all subject to change without notice. We recommend verifying current conditions with official government sources and relevant embassies before travel.
We are not medical professionals. Any health-related information we provide — including vaccination suggestions or altitude considerations — is general in nature and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified physician or travel health clinic before undertaking international travel.
Clients are responsible for checking and complying with all applicable government travel advisories for their destination. LK Travel Collective is not liable for travel to destinations under active travel warnings or advisories.
